The Flash Flood Watch continues for * Portions of CENTRAL ARKANSAS, NORTH CENTRAL ARKANSAS, SOUTHEAST ARKANSAS, SOUTHWEST ARKANSAS, and WESTERN ARKANSAS, including the following areas, in CENTRAL ARKANSAS, Conway, Faulkner, Garland, Grant, Lonoke, Perry, Pulaski, Saline, White, and Yell. In NORTH CENTRAL ARKANSAS, Cleburne, Independence, Stone, and Van Buren. In SOUTHEAST ARKANSAS, Bradley, Cleveland, and Jefferson. In SOUTHWEST ARKANSAS, Calhoun, Clark, Dallas, Hot Spring, Ouachita, and Pike. In WESTERN ARKANSAS, Montgomery, Polk, and Scott. * Through Sunday morning * Additional periods of showers and thunderstorms are expected across the watch area through Sunday morning. Some of this precipitation will be heavy. Additional rainfall amounts of two to four inches are possible through Sunday morning. * Low-lying and urban areas will be the first to flood. If you have plans to camp across Arkansas this weekend, do not camp in low-lying areas or near dry creek beds, and make sure you have a way to receive weather warnings. Flash flooding will be possible across portions of the Ouachita and Ozark Mountain areas.
